Am I required to use your contract?
Yes. The Builder requires all contracts be written on a Capital Homes Contract. Our Sales Team is here to assist you with your builder throughout the entire process, from acceptance to closing. All Capital Homes contracts include relevant Builder required disclosures, inspection guidelines, seller paid costs, title company information, etc. This allows us to expedite quicker responses and acceptance timeframes.
Do I have to make an appointment to showyour listing that’s on the MLS?
Yes. We currently do not have MLS lock boxes on our homes under construction. Your safety is our top priority, and these properties are active construction zones and require that a Capital Homes team member is present. Rest assured, in most cases we can set up a same-day appointment to tour our models and showcase homes.
Does Capital Homes pay realtors the full 3% commission?
Yes, Capital Homes will pay the full 3% to Realtors.
