August 12, 2024
Something new is brewing and we couldn't be more excited! For all of you who love country life but also enjoy being close to everything, we have the perfect neighborhood for you. Nestled in Bixby, OK. is a beautifully secluded community called Bixby Village. Conveniently located across the street from Bixby Central and around the corner from Bixby High School, this charming community backs up to a scenic sod farm.
This community has everything you could possibly need. If you enjoy a morning jog or an afternoon bike ride, Bixby Village offers trails for you to explore. There's also a beautifully shaded area with park benches, perfect for reading, cooling off after a walk with the dog, or relaxing while the kids play—unwinding after a long day. The community also features a super fun splash pad and playground that any child would love to explore. If you're new to the area, it’s a great place to meet and mingle with your neighbors. A big bonus for families: Bixby Central is so close you can walk your kids to school while enjoying a hot cup of coffee.
Around the corner, you'll find The Bixby Downtown River District, complete with delicious restaurants, cozy coffee shops, and shopping. During the winter, the district hosts an outdoor ice rink for those dreamy winter nights. There's nothing more fun than grabbing a hot cocoa and making new traditions on the ice. The district also hosts the Bixby Corn Festival, packed with carnival food and fun.
If you’re a fishing enthusiast or outdoors lover, you’ll appreciate Lake Bixoma. This beautiful lake offers easy access for boating, fishing, kayaking, or paddleboarding. The area also features hiking trails and small waterfalls, perfect for a day trip with family or friends. There are even grilling areas for those who want to make a day out of it.
Love fresh, farm-to-table produce? Carmichael's Produce is just down the street. They offer everything from local jams and fudge to fresh corn, cantaloupe, watermelon, tomatoes, and berries. If it’s in season, they’ll have it. In the fall, they host the Pumpkin Patch, where kids can enjoy camel rides, corn mazes, pumpkin picking, and haunted houses. During the winter, it’s the best place to grab a fresh-cut Christmas tree and homemade sweet treats while you decorate for the season.
Bentley Park and Washington Irving Park are also nearby. These parks offer food trucks, running paths, softball and baseball fields, playgrounds, and scenic views along the Arkansas River. Plus, Costco, Target and additional shopping and dining options are just down the street, making this neighborhood the perfect place to live, with everything you need at your fingertips.

What Our
Homebuyers Are Saying
“I would recommend Capital Homes to home buyers because of their integrity. They stand behind everything they do from start to finish. The friendships we cultivated throughout the home-building process stands out the most. The staff at Capital Homes are not just “the people” who built our home. They are people we enjoy being affiliated with in the community - our first new friends!”
