Before we start any project – either construction from the ground up or helping you select one of our move-in ready homes, our number one goal is to ensure everyone is aligned. This includes meeting with you to determine factors such as your preferred community and layout preferences. With over three decades of experience, we’ve learned how to navigate and streamline our process to offer our homebuyers a home built with high-quality materials at an extremely good value. Find Your Community
Finding the right community where you want to build your new home is at the heart of where you decide to lay down your roots. At Capital Homes, we offer homes in prime communities throughout the Tulsa Metro Area, such as Broken Arrow, Bixby, Owasso, and Sand Springs. Select Your Floor Plan

Whether you're searching for a community site with a large backyard, or a more easily-manageable lot in a private area, our New Home Specialists can help guide you to select the perfect site for your new home. Choosing a home site is no small decision, and includes many factors such as outdoor space, privacy, and proximity to major streets. We encourage our home buyers to fully scope out the area of their chosen home site to ensure that the location meets their long-term needs. When it comes to location, make sure to not make a decision too quickly, and ensure that you visit several areas to make the most informed decision possible. Keep in mind that your home site isn’t just a piece of land, but a foundation for where you and your family will lay down your roots for years to come.

The exterior (aka elevation) design is the first impression people will have of your home, and we're here to ensure your neighbors, family, and friends will be blown away! The majority of our floor plans were built with personalization in mind so that you can choose a look that best speaks to you. We have a vast selection of exterior materials to choose from, such as brick, stone, cedar accents and other stylistic options that are beautiful and will withstand the test of time.

Financing your new home doesn't have to be stressful! With just a $1,000 deposit, you can get started on building your new home without the hassle of worrying about a construction loan. We offer many financing options tailored to fit your needs and budget, which are often the same as you would have buying a pre-built home.

Move In with Peace of Mind
The wait is over, it's time to move into your beautiful new home! The excitement our home buyers feel when getting the keys to their new home is one of our favorite parts of the job. We're proud to provide you with a one-year builder warranty on your home, in addition to any manufacturer warranties, to eliminate any additional moving stress. We also offer inspections throughout the building process and an independent third-party whole home inspection prior to closing. We'll also check in with you to ensure a smooth transition long after you bring out your new welcome mat and unpack your last moving box.
